When applying to subdivide land, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure can request that an archaeological assessment be completed before the subdivision approval can be issued.
Using RAAD, the Predictive Peace AOA model and HNCL’s own predictive model and database we can do an overview of the land that is set to be subdivided in-house. These assessments on private land can help to alleviate the cost to the developer.
